Jagan Institute of Management Studies, Sector 5, Rohini, New Delhi had organized a pre placement activity on August 6th, Tuesday, 2019 on the topic “Resume Writing, GD and PI“. Students from the final year were a part of this session to acknowledge themselves regarding the indispensable aspects of interview and the skill set required for the same.
The session was taken by Mr. Sumit Anand who is the Placement Head in Jims, Rohini. He discussed about how an HR interview is undertaken from initial to the final level of taking standard approach that can help to qualify. He talked more about pre planning for the interview along with resume formation. He talked about the benefits of reviewing the website and noticing facts like company turnover, employee strength and technology used.
Continuation with the session brought up more about answering the questions smartly that can be asked in an HR interview including what to mention, where and how. Further he discussed about certaindos’ and don’ts while sitting in an interview.
The overall session was equally interactive and advantageous as students were acknowledged with more details about how to make their CV more attractive. This session helped them to buckle up important skills in their arsenal to level up in the corporate world.
