Dr. Anil Kumar, an Associate Professor (IT & Business Analytics) at JIMS, brings over 30 years of combined industry and academic experience. A distinguished alumnus of IIT Roorkee (M.Tech., IT) and NIT Bhopal (B.Tech., Computer Technology), he has a rich professional background, including service as a Short Service Commissioned Officer in the Indian Air Force (IAF).

His academic tenure includes roles at IMT Nagpur, Jaipuria Institute of Management, and BITS Pilani, where he has taught undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Data Visualization, Data Analytics, Management Information Systems, and Enterprise Systems. Currently, he also serves as Dean- Examinations at JIMS, contributing to academic excellence and curriculum innovation.

Dr. Anuja Thakar, Associate Professor at JIMS, is a distinguished academician with 23 years of diverse experience spanning corporate leadership (Citibank), media (Hindustan Times, Zee Media), and academia. Holding a Ph.D. in Behavioral Sciences, she specializes in soft skills training, personality development, and corporate etiquette.

Her contributions extend to research, with multiple publications in reputed journals, and she serves as an editor and jury member for academic and professional events, including Mrs. Himachal Pradesh 2018. Dr. Himanshu Goel is a finance and data analytics expert, holding a PhD-equivalent FPM from JIMS Rohini.
