Post Graduate Diploma
in International Business

Duration: 2 Year

Program overview

International business isn't a side-elective anymore — it's increasingly the default context companies operate in. PGDM-IB at JIMS Rohini is a 2-year, full-time, AICTE-approved postgraduate program, accredited by the NBA, with equivalence to an MBA degree granted by the AIU. It offers a dual specialization — students choose either Finance or Marketing as a second major alongside International Business.

Since the inception of the program in the year 2010, it has made a distinct identity across global platforms. The program equips students to address critical challenges and explore opportunities through specially designed curriculum. The program is appreciated across industry for its innovative pedagogy, high industry linkage, global and international exposure. It prepares an individual for a professional career in the field of business management so that he contributes to the industry in India and world at large.

PGDM in International Business provides an eclectic mix of inbound and outbound learning. The teaching methodology focuses on industry and academic exposure. While the classroom modules lay emphasis on introduction to concepts and build theoretical foundation using multimedia presentations, role-plays and case studies, it is the live projects, internships, on-the-job training, and industry projects that facilitate learning by doing

The program is a window to global career building opportunities in the fields of Export-Import, Foreign trade, Logistics management, Foreign Exchange Departments of banks and many more. With India making waves in the International arena, the program’s popularity is soaring because of its distinctiveness in offering dual major specialization either in Finance or Marketing as major elective besides International Business.
