JIMS, Rohini organized Self Imaging session on 2nd July 2025 for the new batch of PGDM during their orientation week to empower students with practical insights into continuous learning and personal development. Ms Ritu Saluja , Director, Lions Club International with over seven years of work experience as an image consultant and Mr. Ankit Kalonia , Head L&D at JLL with more than 10 years of Industry experience conducted an insightful session on self-learning. The session emphasized the importance of proactively seeking knowledge beyond the classroom.
Mr. Ankit encouraged students to express themselves by asking interesting and relatable questions about their roots and where they belong, the average age in the room, about their previous work experience, and other personal reflections. This helped establish a comfortable and engaging environment for students to open up and interact. On the other hand Ms Ritu Saluja helped the students to overpower their difficulties, shape self-perception , boost self confidence, compelling the students to act as a personal brand for themselves.
