The Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) at JIMS organized a highly successful B-Plan
Competition Final on March 20, 2025. This prestigious event served as an exceptional platform for
budding entrepreneurs to demonstrate their innovative business concepts, strategic thinking
capabilities, and entrepreneurial prowess.
The competition opened with an inspiring inaugural address from two distinguished industry
leaders: Mr. Gaurav Gambhir, Founder & CEO of ZeroKaata, and Mr. Sahaj Rana, Co-Founder & CEO
of Blup. Both speakers captivated the audience with compelling narratives from their
entrepreneurial journeys, sharing invaluable insights on overcoming challenges, leveraging
technology, and driving sustainable business growth. Their powerful perspectives set an inspirational
tone for the participants and attendees alike.
The competition showcased seven outstanding finalist teams, each presenting meticulously crafted
business plans that highlighted market feasibility, financial sustainability, and scalability potential.
The presentations reflected months of research, planning, and refinement, demonstrating the
exceptional talent and dedication of JIMS students. The distinguished judging panel, headed by Mr.
Gambhir and Mr. Rana, evaluated each proposal based on innovation quotient, execution strategy,
market understanding, financial modeling, and potential socioeconomic impact.
Following intense deliberation, the judges announced the winning teams and awarded cash prizes to
recognize their outstanding business concepts. The victorious teams were recognized not only for
their innovative ideas but also for their compelling presentation skills, comprehensive market
analysis, and robust implementation strategies.
Ms. Sheetal Chadda, Faculty Coordinator of EDC, praised the participants for their exceptional
creativity and business talent, emphasizing how events like these prepare students for real-world
entrepreneurial challenges. She highlighted how the competition aligns with JIMS' vision of nurturing
entrepreneurial mindsets and creating job creators rather than just job seekers.
The B-Plan Competition Final 2025 successfully combined practical learning with professional
networking opportunities, reinforcing JIMS' unwavering commitment to fostering innovation,
leadership, and entrepreneurial excellence among its students. The event concluded with renewed
enthusiasm for turning promising business ideas into successful ventures that address contemporary
