Introduction
SAMANVAY, The HR Club of JIMS Rohini, organized The HR Heist, an engaging event aimed at fostering team coordination, trust, and problem- solving skills among participants. With a focus on creative challenges, the event encouraged participants to showcase their abilities in teamwork, creativity, and leadership. A total of 35 teams, each consisting of four members, took part in this dynamic competition.
Event Format and Activities
- Pre-Qualifier: Quiz Competition (Online)
Objective: Assess participants’ practical approach and decision- making in real-world HR scenarios.
Format: Only team leaders participated in this situation-based quiz, representing their teams and demonstrating the trust placed in their leadership.
Result: Based on quiz performance, 15 teams advanced to the next round.
- Round 1: Balloon Tower of Terror
Objective: Test teamwork, coordination, and competitive spirit.
Task: Teams built a tower using balloons and tape. Each team had one chance to strike an opposing team’s tower with a sponge ball, testing both the height and stability of their structures.
Selection Criteria:Teams with the highest and most stable towers progressed to the final round.
Result: Six teams were shortlisted for the final round.

- Round 2: Employee Edge
Objective: AEvaluate creativity, quick thinking, and communication skills.
Task: Teams created and presented a brand, acting as HR professionals, and were encouraged to use memes to make their presentations engaging and innovative.
Result: The top three teams were declared winners based on creativity and performance.

3rd Prize: Team Alpha (Anmol Bhaskar, Meghanjali, Tanisha, Archi Garg) - Cash prize of Rs. 1000

The event saw enthusiastic participation, with each team giving its best across all rounds. Through activities focused on teamwork, trust, and creativity, The HR Heist successfully highlighted the importance of collaborative success. This event marked a great achievement for SAMANVAY and left participants and organizers with invaluable experiences.
