She emphasized the transition from SMART goals to SMARTER goals, where E stands for Ethical/Enjoyable and R stands for Resourceful. Ms. Khanna motivated students to stay updated and engage in continuous learning and improvement. She advised students to visualize their goals and conduct self-evaluations using SWOT analysis. Additionally, Ms. Khanna narrated the eagle story, highlighting how even high up in the sky, the bird maintains focus and keeps its eyes on the target. She discussed two approaches to problem-solving (Run) or (Participate) encouraging active participation in overcoming challenges. The session concluded with a message to always be grateful for our parents, and Ms. Khanna played the song “Oo Maa,” marking the end of the workshop on a heartfelt note.

The event was a resounding success, providing the new PGDM batch with essential tools and inspiration to embark on their academic and professional journeys.
