As part of our workshop on team building, we had the privilege of inviting Dr. Subhrat Kumar, the CEO and Co-Founder of People Labs Pvt Ltd. With 14 years of experience in Learning& Development, Dr. Kumar has trained over 55,000 participants from public-sector enterprises, private-sector conglomerates, MNCs, and academic institutions.
Dr. Kumar organized a series of engaging activities and games on campus, designed to foster team spirit and collaboration among the new PGDM batch students. The activities included:
