PGDM department organised “Power Dressing” event for PGDM Batch (2023-25) students on 6th Oct 2023. The judge for the event were Ms Pragya Gandhi, Trainer and educator and Mr Ankit Kalonia, Director of Learning & Development in JLL.
The objective for conducting the event was to evaluate the students personality on the basis of content, clarity, communication and body language.
The event commenced with an enlightening keynote speech by renowned Ms Pragya, sharing her experience with more than 8 years in training enthusiasts in soft skills, communication, rituals and so on, delved into the significance of power dressing in today's competitive world. She shared insights on how clothing choices can influence perception and confidence.
Mr Ankit Kalonia shared his insights on the significance of communication skills, confidence building and power dressing in today's corporate world.
The highlight of the event was a dazzling fashion show featuring power dressing ensembles by the students. Participants graced the runway in sharp corporate suits, elegant formals and accessories that embodied the essence of empowerment.
The event included a professional ramp walk and the individual introductions of the students.
