JIMS Technical Campus, Rohini organized a guest session on “Future Technologies in Automotive Sector” for PGDM Students The speaker of the session was Mr. Prabhat Khare who is currently associated with Lithion Power as Executive Vice President.
Mr. Prabhat started the discussion by introducing the importance of technology in the automotive sector and highlighted the dynamics of this industry in our daily lives. Mr. Khare encouraged the students of post graduate programme to position themselves towards the evolving field of automotive industry. He further explained the types of vehicles, its applications, functions and what technology plays a role into it to make it more people oriented. He also talked about the new induced Road safety features in the cars considering the number of accidents happening.
The session successfully provided students with a basic understanding of Electric Vehicles, Autonomous Vehicles etc and fosters an entrepreneurial mind set for all types of innovations in Automotive Sector. At the end Mr. Khare highlighted the books capturing the stories of automotive industries in few years. Overall the session was very interactive and insightful for the management graduates.
