The workshop, “Encode the Case” was conducted by Dhruv Gupta and Kartik Garg of PGDM 2022-24 on 18th November 2023. The workshop conducted for the PGDM 1st year students with the objective to make them aware what approach to be followed to solve the case studies and how to solve it. Total 21 students participated in the workshop from PGDM A, B & C.
The workshop had covered the following aspects in the workshop: -
• Student’s understanding
• Types of Case Studies
• Benefits of Case analysis
• Approach to solve the Case
After covering these points live case study was solved during the workshop tittle: “GLC India: Effective stakeholder approach for Union Management”. Groups of 3 each were made to solve the case. Both the speakers gave one on one guidance and help the students to think in the right direction. Then each group gave their answers for the case and then it was matched with the proposed answers given by the speakers. After that each group were given the suggestions and area to improve to formulate the better case analysis.
