Puzzlers-The Analytical Minds was organized for first year BBA, BCA,MCA and B.A Economic(Hons) students in an Online mode on 12th January 2022 from 10 am to 12 pm. Puzzlers is an initiative of TekQbe (IT Club of JIMS) where students were given a set of multiple-choice questions containing logical reasoning, aptitude and verbal ability. The set contains 30 questions for which a total time of 40 minutes were given to students to submit the answers.
The event was well promoted among all the student groups with event poster, PDFs and short notes. The compassion with which our students participated and responded to our messages is overwhelming.
163 students registered themselves for the event out of which 115 students attend the event and attempted the quiz. Among these 115 student’s winners were chosen on the basis of marks scored by them.

The event was very nicely conducted by the student coordinators and faculty team, thanks to guidance of Ms. Aakanksha and Mr. Devesh.
The event was held in online mode and covid protocols were duly followed.
Objective:
1.To prepare students for analytical skills from riddles and puzzles.
2.To make them understand better from examples rather than from logical development starting with basic principles
3.To develop general IQ in the students
4.To prepare students for verbal and non -verbal reasoning
Learning Outcomes:
1.The students were enlightened how to analyse and solve verbal and non -verbal reasoning questions.
2.They were able to understand that logical and analytical development requires basic clarity of application.
