The PGDM-RM department organized an industrial visit to the Mother Dairy Plant in Patparganj, New Delhi, on December 10, 2024, for the Batch 2024–26 students. Mrs. Neha, CIS Executive, provided an insightful briefing about the plant, covering its history, supply chain processes, and diverse product portfolio. Through engaging videos and presentations, students explored the company’s remarkable journey.
A major highlight of the visit was the in-depth tour of the plant’s operations. Students observed the intricate processes of milk cleansing, purification, filtration, standardization, homogenization, and pasteurization. This was followed by a detailed look into the rigorous quality and purity testing procedures, offering a practical understanding of industry standards.
The visit concluded on a delightful note with refreshments, including flavored milk and ice cream, showcasing Mother Dairy’s product excellence. The experience was both enriching and enjoyable, leaving students with invaluable insights and a deeper appreciation for the industry.
