PGDM-International Business organized an interactive session on “Mental Wellbeing” for first year
students on 3 rd Oct 2023 by Ms Sheetal Aggarwal who is a medical clown and an anthropologist who
believes in the power of playfulness, empathy and collaboration in improving lives around her
through her clown acts.
The session started with a brief introduced of Ms Sheetal Agarwal and it was evident that this
was the first interaction of such kind of session for many of us. To create a positive and energetic
environment, she initiated a series of activities for making the session more interactive. She engaged
the students with some team building activities which helped students to overcome stress and anxiety.
She took the students towards the journey of childhood and encouraged students to connect with
unknown self of a particular student.
With her guidance, we were reminded that happiness is within our reach, and by practicing
her strategies, we can lead fulfilling and joyous lives.
