The PGDM department has organised an industrial visit to the Mother Dairy Plant in Patparganj, New Delhi for PGDM Batch ( 2023-25) students on 12th, 18th & 19th Aug 2023. The briefing of the plant was given by Mrs. Neha, CIS Executive. She explained the history, supply chain process, and product diversity of Mother Dairy. Through engaging videos and insightful presentations, the students delved into the company’s evolution.
The highlight of the visit was the comprehensive tour of the plant's inner workings. The students witnessed the intricate steps of milk cleansing, purification, filtration, standardization, homogenization, and pasteurization was a captivating experience. Later the students moved on to the meticulous testing phase, where quality and purity standards were rigorously upheld.
The learning experience was complemented by delightful refreshments – flavoured milk and ice creams – a testament to Mother Dairy's diverse offerings. The overall visit was incredibly enlightening, providing invaluable insights that enriched the knowledge of every student present.
